Look for Team RunFree at the following events!
This will be our 2nd time at the Earth Day race in Polk City. It's a comfy and simple small race that is fun and well organized. Parking is nearby and it is a well organized event.
Our Synergy teams are returning to run the Grand Blue Mile race again in downtown Des Moines. This will be our second year, and it likely is a race we will return to again and again. It's a bit too crowded for Team RunFree race carts, but the Synergy teams will navigate the course ... and the crowds easily.
